Many people might find the world of real estate intimidating, but HipSoft's tycoon game Build-a-lot makes it seem easy. With a few clicks of the mouse you'll be building, buying, renovating and selling properties in no time - and having a blast doing it.

This game has a very simple interface but you get to do a lot...especially as you get to the higher levels. The goals are always fun and the graphics are very nice looking. Flipping houses is actually really easy with this game! I think this game should be a requirement for a new real estate investor to play before investing. I like how this game gives realistic real estate situations bring on more!
